Why Combine Photos into PDF

PDF is handy for sharing and storing several photos in one file:

Email. One PDF instead of many JPGs. Opens on any device — Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone — without quality loss.

Printing. PDF keeps resolution and page size. Send to a lab or home printer for predictable results.

Archiving. PDF is a durable long-term format. No extra compression when copying.

Documents and reports. Insert several shots into a PDF report or attach to formal correspondence.

JPG and PNG are accepted. You can place 1 to 9 photos on one page.

Step 2 — Choose Photo Layout

On "Layout", pick a grid:

  • 1×1 — one photo per PDF page
  • 2×1 — two photos side by side on one page
  • 1×2 — two photos stacked
  • 2×2 — four photos in a square
  • 2×3 or 3×2 — six photos
  • 3×3 — nine photos on one page

Crop inside each cell — drag the photo until the right part shows.

PDF from Photos for Printing (A4)

PDF is convenient for print — exact size and resolution. For standard A4:

  • Use a grid that fills the page: 2×2 or 2×3
  • Download PDF — the editor saves high resolution
  • Send to a print shop or print at home

Combine Many Photos into One PDF File

For lots of shots — use 3×3 (9 photos per page). Fits an event, trip, or year-by-year kids' photos.

For more than one page, make several collages and merge PDFs in any PDF editor.
